Refund policy

At Faithful Hands Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and appreciate every order placed with us.

Due to the nature of apparel products and limited inventory releases, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and do our best to make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for any approved return or exchange.

Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities or through preorder production runs, we cannot guarantee size exchanges depending on inventory availability. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.

Preorder items may require additional production and fulfillment time. Estimated shipping timelines are subject to change depending on production schedules and carrier delays.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processing or in production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Faithful Hands Company reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
