Shipping policy

Faithful Hands Company currently ships within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Certain items, including preorder products, may require additional production and fulfillment time before shipment.

Preorder items are not currently in stock at the time of purchase and are produced after the order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for preorder items to be produced, fulfilled, and shipped. Estimated preorder timelines may vary depending on production schedules, supplier availability, holidays, and shipping carrier delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise specified.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping and contact information is entered correctly before completing your order. Faithful Hands Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
