All sales through Faithful Hands Company are subject to product availability and current inventory levels. Certain items may be offered as preorder products, meaning they are not currently in stock and will be fulfilled once production or restock inventory arrives.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processing or in production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Due to the nature of apparel products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, preorder status, production schedules, holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
